Gothic Make Over (Fit for Fashion Episode Recap)

I remember when I was younger, there came a point in time where everyone seems to be in love with the idea of ~scene~, ~gothic~, and ~emo~. I don't know about you, but I must admit, I also had these phase. For last episode, the team had a chance to tap their inner goth, with their challenge extraordinaire with THE Todd Anthony Tyler.

Pulling off a gothic theme is rather hard, especially because it's not about being fierce, but being able to give off the elegance and communicating it to your audience. The contestants did a nice job, although I must say that the boys lack a bunch and they can work out more on how they pose for the camera. My favorite shot would definitely be Kristina's -- her facial expression and body language surely screams sophistication in all angle. Citira's photo also looks wonderful, and that secured her a spot for another round. On the other hand, Chelsey, who eventually got eliminated, was really bad on this challenge. She looks rather awkward, despite trying to flaunt her asset through the slit of her dress.

For their physical challenge, they were asked to use the Technogym Omnia, which pushed the contestants to their limits. With 7 consecutive workouts with no interval, it was definitely something that will exhaust you to your wits. The Technogym Omnia is an equipment that offers various workouts, and features the functionality of various gym equipments like push up bar and resistant jab, among many others. It took almost an hour before everyone got eliminated, with Matty winning the challenge.

With 6 people left, the competition is getting rather tight. I am rooting for Jerald, though, because he seems to have an edge when it comes to physical challenges, and he also does fine with the fashion challenges. How about you? Who are you rooting for?
